Homemade Solid Food
Here is some of the menu that I made with lots of loves for my baby recently. From L-R : breakfast - keledek goreng, lunch - nasi goreng cina, snack - betik, teatime - cucur nestum.
Tell you the truth, for the past 3months I didn’t cooked at all (since I’m stayed with my parents for a short period & of course I love to eat my mum cooks...alasan..hehehe). Setakat pegang senduk kacau gulai tak dikira masak la kan. Hahaha.
Now, I’m back to rock my kitchen ;p Cooking always is my favourite. You know…the feeling of satisfaction when seeing your family eat & full their empty stomach. Then they burp & say Alhamdullilah… those normal & everyday reacts makes me a happy mom & wife. Yeah, I’m so delight to cook for them. Insyallah, I’ll always cook with loves & passion in future. Air tangan ibu & isteri pengikat kasih sayang family =)
I notice Nuha suka foods yang goreng-goreng macam cucur, just like her ayah. So I use either olive oil or unsalted margarine (she allergic to butter – dairy products) to cook her food. Kalau goreng cucur, masakla mak nak guna olive oil ohhh anak. Mak just guna minyak sawit jelah ye. Hehe…
