Fun In The Sun

For the past two weeks, cloudy days had take over the weather. Pagi-pagi liat nak bangun. Best berguling dalam selimut tebal, feel like we are in winter season. Hehehe ;p Therefore, I insist my husband for a lazy weekend at the beach.

Yes. I love the ocean breeze, sitting under the sun while getting my skin to be tan. Perfecto! Ada hati nak tan konon. Kulit terbako yang ku dapek. Ngehehe ;p We went to Tanjung Balau, near Desaru, just a nice lepaking place for those living in JB. Now dah ada Senai - Desaru highway, perjalanan lebih lancar :)

You might notice that I'm wearing this tie-dye shawl so many times lately. Hahaha. I'm so in love with it. It's from Dian Pelangi. Love the soft material, the size (long & wide to cover the chest) & sedap je pakai, tak panas. I've got mine at Lulu Zabi. Go & get yours now. Rugi tak beli, gerenti puas hati. Must have other colours for myself soon. Hehehe.

 

Funny fact : Nuha 'taste' the sand before she play it. Sedap tak Nuha? Hehehe ;p

At first Nuha was excited when my husband dipped her feet in the water. But then she got scared when the wave came. Ombak jahat. LOL ;D

Taman Negara Trip : Day 2

And the adventured continue…
Early in the morning we gather for breakfast and continue our activity
We need to prepare ourselves for more exhausted day..huhu
The activity started with canopy walk




Taman Negara Canopy walk is the longest canopy walk in the world spanning 450m, suspended 40m above ground..hehe..scary isn’t it??? ;P







but should not be missed!!
I would not recommended dis one for those who faint-hearted!!!
U wan to know how I feel being up there???
I’m scared!!! nerves.. my leg feel so shaking to make every step.. I can’t even see the ground.. takut sgt.. I really don’t dare to do dis at the beginning..



But then slowly I’ve got my strength to enjoy every minutes up there..
really enjoy the fascinating scenery.. with the green forest..
aahhh… I feel like fall in love again.. the smell of trees was soooo fresh!!!



(saya tepon en.syah atas jambatan gantung tuh..terus lega & he make me strong enough..haha) btw, the phone coverage in the jungle was very2 good…just like Digi commercial adv in tv with yellow & fat ‘things’ tuh..LOL







After that, we continue our activity with climb Bukit Teresek..
It was though, exhausted with steep slope..but I really do enjoy it
From Bukit Teresek we can saw Gunung Tahan..far far away
(haku tak dpt bygkan la cm mn kalo nak panjat gunung tahan tuh..pengsan.haha)

We had a lunch break, then we visit Orang Asli Aboriginal Settlement. We met the friendly native inhabitants, the Batek (the one & only Orang Asli that remained stayed in the jungle until today) and watch their demonstration blow-pipe and fire-making skills which are assential to their lifestyle..
I had a chance to try sumpit the blow-pipe..hehe..but unfortunately I can’t shoot to the target (sumpitan ala2 lemah lembut..haha)
The Batek people can speak malay very well..(aha..terkezut den)

Finally, late that evening, our tourist guard ‘membasah kuyupkan’ we all with splashing water of Sg.Tembeling.. it just like a war between 3boats..
hey, it was fun ;)
And bcoz of this la my cam rosak daaa…huhuhu

That nite, we having BBQ dinner..masing2 lapar & mcm kebuluran..hehehe
The food was ok lo.. my ofismate continue wif Uno game after dinner..
But me..having a nice sweet dreams already..hahaha..

Taman Negara Trip : Day 1

TAMAN NEGARA : ANCIENT WONDER OF NATURE
Yes! It’s sooo true to describe how wonderful TN it is
& how important TN to us..
Kerana hutan khatulistiwa ini merupakan khazanah yg terlalu berharga & tidak ternilai utk kita semua…so,we must apprieciate it,protect it..
save our forest! Keep our earth green
(saya mmg penchenta alam sekitar sejati..hehe)

Ok, my journey start early in the morning (18oct)
Berkumpul dpn ofis, then bertolak ke TN around 8am dgn 1bus & 1van
total participant 4 dis trip = 42 staffs

sampai di jerantut for lunch around 11am, after that kami menuju ke Kuala Tahan, 1 of the access point to TN, fyi there are 4 access point to TN, another 3 is from Merapoh,Sg.Relau in Pahang, Kuala Koh in Kelantan and
Tg.Mentong,Tasik Kenyir in Terengganu

From jerantut to Kuala Tahan takes about another 1hour journey
We stayed in Rainforest Resort…I give 9 over 10star for the facilities & accommodation at this resort..
comfortable, surrounding by nature..sgt bestlah

Our 1st activity was exploring the forest & cave
It was my 1st experience explore the cave! Hehe..
I was excited + scared too lo



We reached Gua Telinga after trekking into the jungle for ½ an hour
Whoa…I’m always imagine do dis kind of advanture..
at least once in whole my life..hehe
(after the exploration, I think I’ll did it again!..kepuasan yg tak terhingga)
Gua Telinga is not like Gua Niah@Gua Tempurung
It is a small & long cave..sempit..very2 dark..and creepy too
U have to crawl in some place..meredah air (ada sg kecil dlm gua nih)
Climb the rocks that very2 slippery…
Touched guano (tahi kelawar)..what to do coz u need to move along the cave lo
Dis exploration is just like what u saw in the majalah3 or national geographic documentary…u have to experience it by urself!



I was very lucky to watch the bats..a group of bats!
Subhanallah..it make me wonder how they lived in such small & dark place
Btw, I’m not so lucky coz tak jmpe ular in the cave
Eh..kira lucky or unlucky ek??? Hehe
Overall, the cave exploration was very interesting & exciting..hehe
(especially 4 those who like advanture & tough trip..like me..haha)
I tell u, once u experience it, u will appreciate what we have ma



That nite, we had night jungle trekking…to see & feel the nocturnal jungle life in the nite mood plak..hehe..along our journey, we only see trees..a bit scary lo..
Tkt nampak hantu? Haha..we r not so lucky that nite coz we only manage to saw a few of instect..and we did saw a group of deer..comel ;)

Eyes on Malaysia

'Hanging out wif frens is one of the best therapy'
so,on last 25th december..me,azie,dal,tirah & anim..including another 2 girls (anims' niece) hehehe...were having a great time at Eyes on Malaysia.. fuh,it was a very 'challenging & adventure' ride..

ye ke? ngehehe.. at first I never though akan rs lil bit gayat..
tp,bila that giant roda start moving upwards...huhuhu..terasa gak gayat
seram skit..but after 2nd and on rides..we can handle it..hehehe
easy man...not to worry..just act like u r strong enough ;p
credit to anim..coz she willing to take a ride wif us..chaiok!!

Cuti-cuti Malaysia

well,around past 2 weeks,saya dgn secara tak rasminya tlh meletak jwtn kat opis
hehehe..dgn itu,saya harus menghabiskan sisa2 cuti tahunan saya yg masih berbaki 5hari (saya mmg sengaja simpan cuti byk2 skit..hehe)
tu pon kira balance cuti skit je sbb asyik amik half day leave coz I'd to attend an interview session..ngehehe

kebetulan plak last 2 weeks mmg byk public holiday
so,I take this oppurtunity to bring my siblings & spend lil time wif them :)
On 21 december,me & my siblings visited AQUARIA KLCC - AN OCEAN OF DISCOVERY
hehee..adik2 saya mmg excited to 'look & feel' being part of the nature
so,almost a day we tour inside the Aquaria


The Aquaria was saperated in 6 main exhibition
Jewels of the jungle..Malaysian Rainforest..Amazon Flooded Forest..The Coast..
The Living Ocean..Weird & Wonderful
first we entered the jungle..hehehe :)
actually it was 'journey into the jungle'...introducing our beautiful rainforest..Endau-Rompin
the journey was full with knowledge.. coz we had a chance to get know & see the real habitat
it's so fascanating world! and even exiting,we had a chance to see upclose Aquaria stafs feeded the fish..so cute..even,hbs baju saya basah coz ikan2 tu melompat2..
hey,it's their lunch time..hehe

and,not to forget..it's a must when u visited Aquaria...explore into the TUNNEL
well,first we entered the tunnel..we saw many types of fish,turtle & sea habitat, flora & fauna around us..so real (the habitat in the tunnel actually 25% more bigger than what we see..believe it or not..just imagine the size of sharks!)
just like we live in a deep blue sea for a moment..oh,how wonderful it was..masyallah
we had a chance to watched the divers performance..feeded the fishes
fuh,I'm so jealous wif whom have an ability to divers la..(tibe2 saya teringin nak bljr menyelam..tp,masalahnya..berenang pon saya tak tau..huhuhu ;p)
so,overall my personal experience & thought about AQUARIA...
it's an exciting,fun & learning merge place to visit
especially to the kids...and it's worth it :)

sambil menambah ilmu pengetahuan + melihat kebesaran Allah SWT :)

On merdeka day..last 2 weeks if I'm not mistaken..me wif my fren go for holiday at Port Dickson

insyallah,this reunion will be our anual program..

reunion kali ni..'lama tak jmpe kamu'..ni idea kent..

sbb dia selaku leader of the trip..hehe

ok,sume peserta yg join kali ni 17org..gulrz - me,athirah,azie,fira,zura,dal,farah,rose & nad

boys - kent,burn,dol,adi,faiz,wari,faraid & kwn faraid yg saya dah lupe nama dia...hehe..

ramai gak kan..so sadly,3org dr geng bdk hitam tak dpt nak join..they are hanim,lela & dayah..takpelah..mybe next year they will be able to join ;)

em,mybe I'll just story little bit..(malasnye..saya dah mengarang pjg lebar mlm smlm..tetiba comp wat hal..habis sume karangan saya hilang tibe2..bengang!)

ok,kteorg bertolak dr tempat & negeri masing2 on 31/8/2007..janji nak berkumpul kat resort kul 3pm..tp,biasa janji melayu..hehehe..saya & azie pon smpai kul 5.30pm..hehe..sementara tgu 3 SBM gurlz smpai,kteorg dok borak dlu..yelah,lama tak jmpe kan..mcm2 cite nih..gosip hangat bangat ;p after solat maghrib,kteorg gi makan seafood..

all the dishes was tasty..sedap.. ;)

start 10pm to 12pm..haa,sesi karaoke..sume org dpt chance nak menyanyi..yg plg layan blues mlm tu,I think..kent ;p wahaha..

saya pon nyanyi gak..2 songs..even my voice tak sedap..hahaha ;p

next day,kteorg beronggeng di tepi pantai yg indah...sukaneka..tirah g incharge part ni..plg havoc ms main game cium molot..hahaha..kontroversi betoi..geli geleman pon ada..pndai ye cik tirah reka game...after main beach volleyball,kteorg main banana boat plak..

seriously saya brdebar2 ms tu..takut beb..bila dah tergolek dlm air tuh..

rs mcm best plak..nak lagi..we want more..hehe

then,bdk2 lelaki dok main pasir..kent dah jd penyu bertelur..tersesat plak penyu ni kat perairan selat melaka ;p kteorg nak terjun dulu dlm swimming pool..even aku tak tau swimming..

jd badak berendam pon ok gak..hehe ;p btw,kat resort tu ada jakuzi..best..

even ada peristiwa yg tak dpt dilupakan berlaku on that day..anyway,sume org happy on this vacation..hopefully,next year we will meet again.. ;)
